   The price per local file or web server is 89.95 per server, per month.

    (spyware, virus, adware, system and software updates, tune-ups and clean-ups, 
    removing software that employees install)
  • NO Server are included with this package. (89.95 per server/month)
  • (Each PC is estimated to require at least 2.5 hour of active remote
    attention per month: 10 PC’s = 25 hours estimated remote maintenance/month)
  • Phone/remote Support for 10 hours
    (please reserve for important system failures only!)
  • Required on-site visits will be at current hourly rate, Extra phone support will be $1.95/min.

 $325/month + 89.95 per server if required

  • Optimize Microsoft Windows Vista, XP or 2000 operating system and Microsoft Office 2007, 2003, XP/2002, or 2000 software to improve system performance and security.
  • Update Microsoft software and eliminate compatibility issues.
  • Answer "how to" questions related to the Microsoft Windows Vista, XP or 2000 operating system and Microsoft Office 2007, 2003, XP/2002, or 2000 applications.
  • Provide hardware and software recommendations.
  • Provide troubleshooting and problem identification help for hardware and network issues.
  • Provide support for software firewalls and User Access Controls.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving on all Subscription Plan networks and PCs
  • Discounts on hourly rates up to 30% OFF

Note: Service Plans require a one-time set-up fee of $59.00 (in addition to the monthly service fee)

Minimum system requirements:  Windows XP, Windows Vista and a high speed internet connection

* Support subscription plan - refers to support for a single PC and specific issues outlined above.
Hardware Failure is not covered  by the service plans provided by our services on monthly plans.
If RR ES IT DM determines that any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively,
customer will be notified and RR ES IT DM may restrict or terminate customer's access to the service.
If RR ES IT DM determines a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate activities, this
may be deemed reason to cancel subscription.

Fair Use Policy:
Fair usage limits apply on all plans, including unlimited plans. Fair usage is defined as (4 hours remote tech support a month for computers or laptops and 6 hours a month for servers.) We do not permit use of this services to support more then the computers or servers that are licensed monthly.  unlimited plans include unlimited email support per month.
