RRESITDM provide an online Problem submission form. When problems with any of the RRESITDM range of products or services are logged using this form the Problem is automatically entered into our Problem tracking database and assigned to a member of one of our technical support teams. This is our preferred method of reporting problems, as the form will provide our technical support teams with the relevant information to start investigating your problems.

How can I book an appointment?

Call 800.652.3901! Customer Service Representatives are available to assist in booking appointments and answer questions Monday-Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm.

When are you open/available for appointments?

We strive for same, to next day service. IT Consultants are available to come to your home and solve your technology problems Monday-Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm, with limited availability on Saturdays. If your appointment runs over these hours, don’t worry, we will always stay until the work is complete.

Do you offer drop off service?

No. WE specialize in onsite technology support for home users and small businesses. We have found through experience that computers work best in their natural environment, with their normal connections and broadband service.

Do you offer phone and online support?

We have an in-house Technical Support Team that is available for phone support during business hours, Monday-Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm. The Technical Support Team can answer questions and provide state-of-the-art remote support technologies to troubleshoot and repair technology problems over the phone and online.

What is remote support?

Remote Support is the future of computer repair and support service. Once the end user clicks On our support tool, it will call our support center and allow us to virtually view and Manage your computer.

Do you support and fix Hardware problems?

Yes, our main goal is to help you to resolve software issues. Up to a certain degree we’ll able to Troubleshoot hardware issues but we work on preventive service, maintenance and repair of system infections. We’ll be able to help you with hardware issues and to schedule an onsite or mail in service repair call.

Do you provide service in my area?

We serve most of Southern California, including Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties. If we are not in your area, Our Online Services are still available!

Do you sell technology products?

Hardware Failure is not covered  by the service plans provided by our services on monthly plans.
If RR ES IT DM determines that any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively,
customer will be notified and RR ES IT DM may restrict or terminate customer's access to the service.
If RR ES IT DM determines a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate activities, this
may be deemed reason to cancel subscription.
