All service packages require a 12 month minimum commitment. $250 early termination applies
if you are unable to fulfill the commitment.

Note: Service Plans require a one-time set-up fee of $59.00 (in addition to the monthly service fee)

 Minimum system requirements:  Windows XP, Windows Vista and a high speed internet connection

 * PC Support subscription - refers to support for a single PC and specific issues outlined above.
Hardware Failure is not covered  by the service plans provided by our services on monthly plans.
If RR ES IT DM determines that any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively,
customer will be notified and RR ES IT DM may restrict or terminate customer's access to the service.
If RR ES IT DM determines a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate activities, this
may be deemed reason to cancel subscription.
